At Mamas & Papas, we want you and your little one to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your fashion items, you can return them within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Ensure all clothing items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to qualify for a return.
Pack Your Items
Place the items securely in their original packaging and include the completed returns form found inside your delivery note.
Label and Post
Attach the pre-paid return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or local post office.
Receive Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
